General conditions:<\/strong>
Conditions for booking and renting a vehicle
\u2022 The driver must be at least 21 years old and at most 75 years old
\u2022 Valid driver’s license and identity card or passport bearing the driver’s name
\u2022 Possession of a driver’s license for at least one year
\u2022 A credit card (not debit) in the name of the driver (or in the name of another person who must be present when picking up the vehicle) and which is necessary for the pre-authorization of funds as a guarantee for the payment of rent and\/or possible fees and expenses (cleaning fee, insufficient fuel, unpaid parking tickets, traffic violations, etc.)
\u2022 In case of damage and\/or violation, the driver must call the police and inform the renter about the situation.
\u2022 In the event that the driver is proven to have been under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other opiates, all costs are borne exclusively by the driver, that is, the renter.<\/p>\r\n

Rules for the fuel tank<\/strong>
\u2022 When picking up the vehicle, the fuel tank will be full or partially full
\u2022 When returning the vehicle, return the vehicle with as much fuel in the tank as there was when the vehicle was picked up
\u2022 In the event that you did not have time to refuel before returning the vehicle, you pay the difference in fuel at the branch based on the prices of the Croatian oil company INA on the day of return and the refueling service<\/p>\r\n


Young drivers<\/strong>
\u2022 Any driver who has NOT reached the age of 21 is considered a young driver<\/p>\r\n


Additional drivers<\/strong>
\u2022 The vehicle can be used by another person, but in that case that person must be indicated on the contract as an additional driver
\u2022 Additional drivers can be arranged at branches when picking up the vehicle for an appropriate fee
\u2022 When contracting the service, an identity card or passport of the additional driver is required<\/p>\r\n

Free cancellation<\/strong>
\u2022 You can cancel the reservation at any time before the scheduled start of the rental WITHOUT FEE
\u2022 In the case of online payment, the entire amount paid will be returned to you<\/p>\r\n

Car rental<\/strong>
\u2022 The minimum car rental is 24 hours, if you return the vehicle within 24 hours, the full price is charged.<\/p>\r\n

Additional services<\/strong>
\u2022 Possibility of contracting a baby seat (Group 0, 1, 2 and 3) according to the valid price list
\u2022 Delivery or return of the vehicle outside the office
\u2022 Collection or return of the vehicle outside working hours for an additional fee
\u2022 Delivery of the vehicle to the desired location \/ return of the vehicle to the desired location according to the valid price list
